Pricing & Policies

All rentals are first come, first serve. Rentals are due the following day by noon; we recommend you pick-up around open to get the most out of your time! Reservations are paid in full and non-refundable. 

Participants are in-charge of transportation of all rental equipment. We currently do not offer on-site rentals or transportation. Straps can be rented for $5/day. 

PADDLEBOARDS & KAYAKS - $40/day (paddles included, PFD availability limited)

ADULT SNOWSHOES - $25/day (poles included)

YOUTH SNOWSHOES - $15/day

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIS - $35/day (boots & poles included)

 

Paddleboards & Kayaks 

Are you an experienced paddle boarder, or is this your first time getting on the water? Either way we have boards that are meant for any paddlers. We have boards from Midwest based brand Greyduck Outdoor. 

Not into paddleboards? That’s okay, we have kayaks for rent as well! Our Jackson Rivera is perfect for beginners with its open cockpit design. This kayak is designed for average sized adults with a high back seat for comfort and support.

Jackson Rivera Kayak

Want to enjoy the latest snowfall? Snowshoeing is the perfect activity for all outdoor enthusiasts! Our Tubbs snowshoes will let you explore your favorite summer hiking trails. No experience is required! We offer four different lengths, depending on the user's weight and ideal float. 

Linn County and Cedar Rapids offer several groomed trails to X-Country Ski. This sport requires a little more skill but is the best way to enjoy the outdoors during the winter! Stop in, and we can get you fitted!

*We are currently selling our rentals. We plan to replace our snowshoes Winter 2025, but due to lack of the right winter conditions, we will be suspending our x-country ski rentals. Call ahead for availability as we sell down our fleet!
