Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3. Orders placed on or around holidays may require extra processing time. Any delays in shipping will be communicated via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer flat rate shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Flat rate ships via USPS and is subject to the delivery limitations, delays, etc of USPS. We also offer in-store pickup available for next-day pickup free of charge. Shipping charges for large items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive shipment confirmation via email when your order is shipped from SOKO. Order tracking will be included in the shipment notification if you've selected a shipping method with order tracking. Flat rate shipping does not include order tracking.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SOKO Outfitters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SOKO Outfitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping outside of the United States is not offered.
