Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your items. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) when requesting a return.
• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Footwear without the original box will not accepted.
  

Return Process:

1. Contact Us First: Before shipping your return, please email info@sokooutfitters.com to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number if required.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will confirm your return eligibility. Return shipping is the customer's full responsibility. If an exchange is being made, SOKO Outfitters will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item. 
3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item for return, including your proof of purchase.
4. Refund Processing: After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.
