Jamie began teaching yoga over 7 years ago She teaches chair and power yoga classes at the Breathing Room Yoga studio downtown. She is also the pwner of "Yoga Sweet Yoga," a small business designed primarily to provide adaptive yoga sessions to people with mobility impairments in the comfort of their home. She is a fellow dog lover and has rescued 3 pups over the years with her husband!
